I am writing to thank Marie from therapy team for everything she tried to do to get equipment in place for my father. Frustratingly it was not delivered on time so my father hasn't been able to get out of bed as he had wanted to in his last days which is a very sad thing.

Thank you for your time in giving your feedback, It is very valuable to hear your experience of the support from Marie, along with the challenge with equipment that did not arrive in time, which as you say limited your father in his last days.
