"Lack of support with new medication"

I was called to discuss starting new biologics. I was told I could just use YouTube to see how to inject myself! I should of been given an appointment for nurse to support me.

I then took an awful allergic reaction to the biologics and 13 days later after I eventually got the correct help! Even though I called helpline and was told it probably wasnt the medication and were leaving me for 2 weeks.

I then had to seek emergency help from own GP as I had suspected infection and severe body hives, rash and itching.

Worst experience and lack of care from couple of staff was terrible.
