"A very informative & interesting programme"

About: Children and Young People Services / HENRY Programme (Health, Exercise & Nutrition in Really Young)

(as a service user),

I recently completed HENRY programme with Levgeniia. It was a very informative & interesting programme. It covered many aspects of a healthy lifestyle from food, exercise, sleep, behaviour management. We were encouraged to make small changes each week & report back how we got on the next week. I was surprised at how using different approaches or just by changing some small things, how they all made a difference, & I was able to see progress. Levgrniaa was very friendly & approachable & went out of her way to find further resources that were of help.

Hello Dapey87,

thank you for taking the time to post this review regarding your recent experience with the HENRY programme. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the programme and gained useful ideas and tips.

At HENRY, we understand the challenges that parenting a young family can bring and we focus on supporting parents to set realistic individual goals to make small but effective changes. I am delighted that you can see the benefit of this and clearly have initiated it within your family home.

I look forward to passing the review on to Ievgeniia who, like all of our facilitators is very passionate and dedicated to the programme. It is lovely to see her hard work being recognised.

I wish you and your family the best of luck for the future.

Many thanks

Anne Crawford

HENRY Coordinator SHSCT.
