"Endoscopy Procedure"

I was referred to Gastroenterology by my GP.  My consultant wanted me to have a couple of camera investigations. Miss Khoo and her nurse were very nice and professional at the clinic appointment in Lagan Valley Hospital. It was a very efficient service for booking the procedures. I had a pre-assessment call with Nurse BJ. She was lovely and friendly and fully explained everything that would happen to me. She gave easy advice to follow for the bowel preparation. My procedure went well and the consultant was pleased with how I had prepared and followed the instructions I’d been given. On the day I had the procedures, the staff I encountered on the unit at the Ulster Hospital with Mr McAllister and his nursing team were all very good and treated me with dignity and respect. My compliments to the whole endoscopy department from administration to medical staff. Thankyou.
