Attended the School age children incredible years course one day a week for ten weeks.
My sons nursery informed me about the course.
Lots of knowledge on how to help with feelings in regards to my sons behavior. Felt a lot of benefits attending this course with others going through similar with their own kids.

It was so nice to hear that you found your time with the group informative and offered you ideas that you felt to be useful - and in addition that you also found a connection with the other members of the group facing similar circumstances.
