About: Western General Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

X-Ray department at the Western General. All staff were helpful and friendly, appointment was ahead of time, waiting area was clean and pleasant. I was early for my appointment, asked the reception staff where I could get a coffee, but he advised that I might be seen early, so if I preferred, it would be worth taking a seat and not going off to find a coffee. He was right. Helpful advice!
