"Absolutely delightful"

About: Adult Health and Social Care Localities / Treatment Rooms Eastwood

(as the patient),

I attended to have bloods taken.

Suzanne was the nurse who attended to me.  Suzanne was absolutely delightful.  She has such a nice personality and I sensed it from the beginning.  Her friendly manner, obvious compassion and dedication shone through.  Professional for sure but so approachable and my experience was painless.

Her Colleague Jane chatted to me as well and I felt her friendliness and nice 'way' too.

Hello Mar,

My name is Victoria, and I am the Team Lead for the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) service in East Renfrewshire HSCP.

I'm grateful that you've taken time to share your experience of CTAC's Bloods and Go service.

I'm absolutely delighted to read of your encounter with Suzanne - and Jane - and to know that their professionalism, friendliness and compassion put you at ease when you were having bloods taken.

Earlier this week, Suzanne received our local CTAC team award for showing great care and compassion to patients and her colleagues, and for reflecting the values of NHS GGC.

I will pass on your lovely comments to Suzanne and Jane, and thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Kind regards,

Victoria

Dear Victoria I so appreciate your reply to me which actually encourages me to do this again. There is nothing worse than a 'no response'. How interesting about Suzanne. Well done her!
