"Made me feel really safe"

I came in to the asha centre to get off pregabalin and cannabis as i was addicted to both of them, I felt so nervous on my first day but the patients and staff were amazing and made me feel so welcome and at ease. 

In Asha you learn all the tools on coping with the addiction for recovery. 

I am now pregabalin free and also free from cannabis and feeling amazing woohooo.

Thanks to Asha for all the help and guidance I have needed, I would highly recommend Asha for anyone who needs it, it will be the best thing you will ever do from my own experience.

The ward is lovely and made me feel really safe and the nurses, doctors, psychiatrists are top notch..
