Went to a&e feeling unwell and struggling to breathe, I was processed in a&e admittedly I spent the night in a&e waiting for a bed, after first lot of treatment I wasn't getting any better. Dr took the gases in my wrist and said I wasn't a retainer. All the staff in a&e despite being very busy still saw to my medical needs and explained everything along the way.
I was then transferred to IAC, again all staff were kind and helpful and saw to my medical needs. From there I went up to 9th floor, where all the staff doctors included were great very attentive giving me information where necessary, lovely staff a special thanks to phoebe who was the nurse assigned to me, nothing was too much trouble for the nurses. I can't fault anything on this ward even down to the food and cleaning staff.
Thank you to you all for my speedy recovery and discharge back to my daughters.
