Routine blood test for my daughter who was feeling very apprehensive and worried.
Karen reassured her and made her feel comfortable and happy to have them done.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your daughters experience when attending treatment rooms for bloods.
I am pleased to hear that she had a positive experience and Karen was able to make her feel comfortable and obtain the blood samples.
