"Toenail surgery"

About: Angus Community Podiatry

(as the patient),

My podiatrist was so lovely, helpful, and accommodating.

They talked me through everything that would be happening and gave me lots of advice.

They helped me with breathing techniques, and the surgery was a lot less painful and less scary than I expected.

They were sensitive to my anxieties and made me feel comfortable.

I have autism and my husband attends my appointments with me as my carer and they were also very kind about that too.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am delighted to hear that your podiatrist made you feel comfortable and supported throughout your treatment. It’s great to hear that the explanations, breathing techniques, and sensitivity to your needs helped make the experience less stressful and more positive.

As a service we value patient-centred care, and your comments highlight the importance of understanding individual needs. Your feedback will be shared with the team, it means a lot to know we are making a difference.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a speedy recovery.
