(as a parent/guardian),

I cannot thank nurse Nikki that was working within OOH service at VHK enough.

My daughter was really unwell and she treated us both with so much dignity and respect and helped to keep me calm in a scary situation. She really is a credit to the service and I will never forget her kindness.

I'm sorry your daughter was really unwell and you were very worried about her, I hope she is much better now. Nicki is our Paediatric Nurse Practitioner and she will be happy to hear she was able to keep you calm during a scary time for you both.
