Recently I had a visit from the health visitor, Cherce, and it was a very positive experience. She was very kind and friendly, which helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt that I could speak openly about how I’m feeling, and she listened with patience and understanding. I really appreciated her support and the way she explained everything. The visit made me feel more confident and reassured.
