"Circumcision service"

I regret to inform that I had a disappointing experience with the circumcision service offered by NHSGGC. Inspite of timely application and following all the instructions we had to wait through the 14 weeks period just to be informed that they don't offer the service for people in south Lanarkshire.

The health visitor tried to get it resolved within the time frame but even the health visitor and colleagues were uninformed of these changes in the system.

They told me that the service used to be available for people outside GGC too but not sure why are they not working it through now.

If a service is offered, I think it should be justly available to every person or either should have been updated earlier at least to the health staff. Kindly look into this.
