"Felt seen and heard throughout"

Msk physio therapy dept crosshouse hospital.

Have been having mobility, pain and pins and needles in my shoulder since April. Had physio at a Clinic. Still persisted. Xray shows wear and tear and narrowing of the bone. 

My appointment was with Joyce. She was very thorough. Covered everything with me. Checked me out completely.  Also allayed my fears that it isn't anything more sinister. She asked me lots of questions and has given me information I can use at home and a band for exercises to help. I felt seen and heard throughout she was  so very good. Have a review appointment for early next year.
