"Provided him with a safe, welcoming environment"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / Doncaster Zone 5-19 School Nursing

(as a parent/guardian),

Gabby has been supporting my son with his mental health by providing sessions in school. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank her for helping him find his feet again and navigate such a difficult time. She really has had such a positive impact on him for which we are so grateful. She provided him with a  safe, welcoming environment and had a supportive and kind approach and built a wonderful bond with him which had him looking forward to his sessions every week. She has also provided him with tools to help him long term and informed us on how to access the service again should the need arise. Gabby is a real credit to the school nursing service and her patience and kindness has really made an impact on us as a family. Thank you so much!

I am so happy to read this wonderful feedback, which highlights the impact school nursing support can make. Gabby is a wonderful nurse and I am thrilled that your son and family have benefited from the support she offered you. I will make sure she see this.

Thank you for taking the time the inform us of your experience and I wish you and your family all the best for the future.
