For the first time in forty years I felt supported by nursing staff and other patients with respiratory illness in how to use positive methods when dealing with my condition.
The exercise programme was well structured and monitored by very caring nursing staff.
Final assessment day on week 9 showed great improvement in oxygen levels and the programme really enhanced my general well-being.
A huge thank you to all of the staff involved.
