(as a parent/guardian),

Called phone first line, got an appointment within the hour. Seen, x-rayed and home with 30 mins of arriving. Excellent service to have, staff were pleasant and helpful.

My name is Victoria McCrory and I am the Assistant Clinical Services Manager for MUH MIU. I am sorry to here that you have recently sustained an injury and had to attend the unit for assessment and treatment.

I am glad to hear that whilst attending the unit you received a high standard of care from pleasant, helpful staff. I will ensure your feedback is shared with the staff in the unit and I know they will appreciate it greatly.
