During my pregnancy I was attending appointments with the midwife and consultants at Larbert hospital to monitor my babies growth.
All of the staff were amazing, from the receptionist to the consultants, they were all professional, friendly and caring.
I would like to provide a special mention to Ruth the midwife who provided an exceptional level of care to me. I was going through a difficult time as my mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and Ruth not only supported and reassured me about my baby but also supported me in looking at services that might be able to help with dealing with grief. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right level or support and was so caring and compassionate. She really helped at one of the most difficult times of my life and I hope she is recognised for the amazing work she does. Thank you Ruth.
