My experience from ringing 111 to my discharge.
I cannot fault a thing from the ambulance staff, who arrived within 30 minutes, the A&E staff. The staff in SEAU were superb - from housekeeping to the ward sisters. Very welcoming, comforting (it's a scary experience) and extremely professional. They made my emergency stay perfect. If an inpatient stay can be such a thing.
I am more than delighted for this report to be published or at least sent to the ward.
