"My dad's treatment"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment

(as a relative),

My dad is in his 70s and was sent up urgently to ward 101 saying he needed oxygen and intravenous antibiotics for suspected pneumonia by his GP.

2 hours passed in the waiting room and he was then taken for bloods and an ECG and a member of staff came back with him into the full waiting room and announced he doesn't have covid or the flu, so he's just to sit there for a bit. After 7 hours in the waiting room on a hospital wheelchair my dad was put up to a bed in a ward.

No care, compassion for elderly with other health condition other than what he was sent up with and also no confidentiality from said member of staff.
