"Made me feel confident of the process"

About: Victoria Hospital / Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service (RCDS)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My thanks to the team at RCDS Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for the excellent service delivered after my GP referral. The staff Trish, Kyle and Katie were extremely kind and considerate and I cannot praise them enough for their very professional manner dealing with the various tests, scans I had.  They all gave me the time I needed to answer all my questions and made me feel confident of the process. In a matter of days my results came through and again the feedback from the staff was very reassuring and thorough. I was delighted by my experience and thank the team for not only the speed but the caring manner they displayed.
