"The care I received was absolutely fantastic"

I was admitted to Ward 5C with gallstones, I was jaundiced and in pain. I was subsequently readmitted the following week for a planned laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The care I received was absolutely fantastic,  I felt completely safe and well looked after.

The whole staff including doctors, nurses and support staff were brilliant and, whilst I appreciate it's a team effort, I would like to give a special mention to Nurse Gemma. Her cheerfulness, kindness and communication skills all while juggling the demands of multiple patients in a very busy ward was highly impressive. 

I can't praise the staff of 5C enough and thank them for their care.
