"Ultrasound guided liver biopsy"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I was escorted from the unit I was on to the radiology department by one of the radiology nurses Jess. When Jess arrived to accompany she introduced herself and explained the procedure to me. I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

The radiologist that carried out the procedure, Kerry, made me feel safe. She had a very calming and diligent approach to the procedure and explained at each step exactly what she was doing.

I was reassured throughout by both Jess and Kerry.

Dear Purdie

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. It is lovely to hear that you had all your questions answered and felt safe through the procedure.

I have passed on your lovely feedback to both Kerry and Jess, who I know take a lot of pride in their work.

Kind regards

Kenna Stirling
