From the moment I arrived in the recovery room, Nurse Jenny was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of my care, including pain management, wound care, and what to expect during recovery.

I never felt rushed or uncertain — Nurse Jenny was always available to answer my questions and ensure I was comfortable. She made sure I fully understood the instructions for post-surgery care before I went home, and her kindness and attention to detail made a significant difference in my recovery process.
