Had to call the Palliative Care Team in the early hours with a very painful medical issue.
When Fiona and Louisa from PC came to address the problem and the pain that I was experiencing, they understood the situation and very quickly took my problem “onboard” and because of their knowledge and their personal attributes (they kept me smiling !!) the issue was very quickly dealt with.
They are the backbone of the NHS they are NHS Angels.
