"My experience has not been good"

I moved from a different surgery, hoping to have better care and access to a GP. However my experience has not been good.

I had a test result done, which suggested I need medication as my results came back low. I was on the phone the same afternoon, trying to book an appointment, nobody was answering the calls as the system was saying for 45 min with 30 people were awaiting before me . After that, I decided to fill out an e-consult.  I did E-consult and received an email saying someone will call me back by 6.30 pm the following day. No call back, nothing. They sent me an email saying someone will call me back within 48 hours. But still no contact whatsoever!

Called myself a few days later, they were very surprised with my call! There was no intention to have anyone to call me back. I drive to work every day which is a several hour drive. Sometimes, I am not sleeping for 2-3 days in a row. Exhausted, I worry I could be in an accident. I am depressed as I have no energy etc. I've been told I have to wait until January for an appointment. 6 weeks! This is putting me at risk! I was so stressed.

They sent me to the Pharmacy for another sleeping tablet, which are not working on me anyway. I hope someone senior will contact me to discuss the way they are treating patients! The system makes it look like they are responding to patients' e-consult and phone line (which often seems to be turned off), showing they are replying, but in fact they don't. 

Hopefully, someone can take this seriously, as this surely must breach patient health and safety.
