We recently had 2 unannounced visits where they turned up on our door step and when questioned said that we should have known. Then shortly after that we had a staff member phone up saying that they can't find out address, however we had no idea that we were having a visit that day.
When arranging further visits we were told we had to stay in all day and could not be given more information around the time they were going to visit, meaning we have to stay in for the whole day. I cannot believe that they don't have a schedule and aren't able to give people a rough time frame.
