"They were so nice and helpful"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Outpatient Department

(as a relative),

Attended Outpatients with my grandson as my daughter could not get away from work.

Vivien and Linda at the desk were so helpful and kept me right as it was my first time at this hospital, they were so nice and helpful and my grandson was at ease at the clinic.

Hello Marej35

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I’m delighted to hear that Vivien and Linda were able to make your visit smooth and welcoming, especially as it was your first time at the hospital. It’s wonderful to know that their support helped put both you and your grandson at ease during the clinic appointment.

I will make sure your kind words are passed on to them, they will be thrilled to know their efforts made such a positive difference.

If you need any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help.

Kind Regards
Mhairi Stirrat
