"Long waiting time with chest pain"

I've been waiting to see someone from Cardiology for over 5 hours now. I've been experiencing awful angina which is not being treated by my meds.

When I asked for an update I was told they must be busy. No attempt to contact them or to give an estimated time. I'm still siting in Zone B with awful pain and discomfort. Not linked up to a heart monitor.

Service is very poor and staff appear to not like patients who ask questions. Surely when a patient with an extensive cardiac history should be prioritised and monitored. I'm very disappointed.

Surely there is a responsibility to keep patients treated and updated. Zone B only has half a dozen patients today.
