"Excellent rehab care"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a relative),

My mother-in-law has been resident in Cloughreagh House in Bessbrook for a period of rehabilitation following a spell in hospital. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and show great compassion to residents and their wider families. The standard of care is excellent and reflects the strong values and exemplary leadership of Mrs McBeth and her team. The AHP and Nursing staff have significantly improved our loved one's functional ability and health, mental and physical.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Care Opinion. It gives the team and myself a great sense of joy to hear that you had such a positive experience in Cloughreagh House. I believe the team have a strong value base of respect and empathy which makes their approach to caring more personalised and person centred. We have an excellent working relationship with the Intermediate Care Rehabilitation team, they have enabled use to enhance our work practices so that we continue with rehab programmes in their absence.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your mother-in-law for choosing Cloughreagh House as part of her recovery journey and to wish her continued good health.
