"Went the extra mile to cheer her up"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Primary Care Out of Hours

(as a parent/guardian),

Just to say a big thank you to Dr Coates who saw my toddler at Hamilton out of hours for an infection. He was so kind and had a lovely manner with my daughter and really put her at ease after being very nervous.

She was delighted with her stickers and enjoyed looking at his badges.

Dr Coates went the extra mile to cheer her up and keep her mind off of what was happening. We were seen promptly and got an appointment within hours of calling.

Thanks to all involved.

Good afternoon Happymum42.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post about your positive experience when you had to bring your daughter to an appointment at the Primary Care Out of Hours service, Douglas Street, Hamilton.

I will pass on your lovely comments to Dr Coates who will be pleased that the care given was gratefully received.

I hope your daughter is recovering well.

Take care, Pamela.
