"Made a daunting situation extremely bearable"

I visited the department back in September for a hysteroscopy. Sarah and her team were simply wonderful. From entering the unit, I was made to feel at ease with their kindness and humour. Sarah explained what was happening throughout and the team kept me distracted with lovely chat - they were just amazing! 

I was also very impressed by the two informative follow up letters I received from Sarah, detailing what she had done and what had been found.
