"Kind, caring and professional environment"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Emergency Care and Medicine Services South West Acute Hospital / Ward 9

(as a service user),

I was admitted to ED in SWAH on late October, early November. My care was excellent….staff were timely, kind, caring , efficient and professional. I felt safe and very well cared for by staff who were evidently very busy.

Then I was admitted to ward 9 in SWAH from ED and the care I received was excellent from start to finish. I was made feel at ease from the moment I was admitted to the ward and treated with the utmost respect and dignity by every single member of staff I met. 

I cannot thank SWAH enough for helping me recover in a safe, kind, caring and professional environment.
