"Great service from the hospital"

I have been seen twice by a young nurse in Urology who demonstrated all the skills and professionalism you need in the job as well as being very friendly and making a difficult area seem simple. She could not have been any better in the way she dealed with my problem - successfully - and offered sympathy and understanding and terrific care. Where nurses like this exist they must be used for Best Practice, picked out and their skills utilised in a wider sense.
