"Excellent Treatment"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

(as the patient),

I want to highlight the excellent treatment I received in relation to an emergency dental appointment I required.

The call handler at 111 was efficient and extremely helpful. 

The dental triage nurse, Joanna was caring, compassionate and dealt with my situation promptly and gave me very good advice.

I attended the emergency dental clinic at Kings Cross Hospital, Dundee and my experience was wholly positive. The treatment I received from Dr Scott and the dental nurse (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was kind, professional and dealt with my problem promptly.

Personally and thankfully I haven’t had to use emergency services within the NHS for many years and I was dreading having to access emergency treatment, however, I can honestly say the care I received was exceptional.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who was involved in my care, your kindness, compassion and excellent treatment was truly appreciated.
