"Grateful for their kindness, empathy and care"

Mum receives daily visits from the nightingale district nurses for leg ulcers. Julie is always helpful, at the end of the phone giving advice and guidance so I can help mum at home and know I am doing things the right way. 

The nightingale nursing team are one and empathetic, and have not only been dressing mums ulcers, but checking her obs and checking in on her mental health and well being without being forceful or intrusive. They have helped keep mums spirits up with light conversation and kind ears, as well as keeping her informed when they are dressing her legs. Any questions or problems have been addressed and sorted out quickly and efficiently, and nothing is ever felt too much trouble despite their business and full appointment schedules. They always go above and beyond and make mum feels she is not a burden which is paramount in her current situation. We are grateful for their kindness, empathy and care they provide mum with.
