"I cannot fault the care that I received"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was referred to ward 1b for a hysteroscopy and biopsy. I was terrified but as soon as I arrived I was made to feel at ease. Hannah, the hysteroscopist, and her colleagues Emma and Clare were nothing short of fabulous and I cannot fault the care that I received. They were all compassionate and caring with just the right amount of lightheartedness. Hannah kept me fully informed of what she was doing and why, nothing was rushed and I felt completely in control throughout the procedure.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this lovely feedback for our team following your recent visit to Gynaecology outpatients at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we appreciate this can be such an anxious time for many of our ladies. It is lovely to hear that the staff were able to put you at ease whilst providing you with the care and reassurance you required.
