The musculoskeletal clinic at Arbroath Infirmary has treated my wrong body part for over two years. The physiotherapy exercises I was provided made things worse. When I finally challenged them on why we were focusing so much on a different region, I had an unhelpful conversation with a more senior member of staff and feel that my mental health was blamed for the service being unable to provide treatment. 

Highlighting my concerns through formal channels only raised more questions than it provided answers.

I still haven't received an appropriate treatment plan I can follow despite being impacted by back pain on a daily basis.
