About: Lincoln County Hospital / Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

I was at the Rehabilitation Clinic for Botulinum Injections in my legs.

Both Laura and Emily were amazing, even though it was very painful for me.  They treated me empathetically and as gentle as possible in my super hypersensitive, dystonic legs.  Everything was thoroughly explained beforehand and I signed the consent form.

It is starting to work now and hope to return in four months time for top ups.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the waiting area, I felt it could be cleaner and would have liked to see a water/drinks machine there.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share you experience of your recent visit to the Rehabilitation Medicine Team. We are really pleased that your expereince was a posotive one and that you are already seeing benefits of your treatment. We wil pass on feedback to Laura and Emily who are always pleased to receive feedback. Also thank you for highlighting your thoughts in regards to the waiting area in the department. We will highlight cleanliness concerns to our housekeeping team and collegues sho support maintainig clealiness in the reeption area. We will also explore options as suggested in regards to there being available water/drinks facilities.
