About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I would like to thank all the staff who looked after me during my recent thyroidectomy surgery.

From the surgeon Mr Crosbie, anaesthetist and all the nursing staff in day surgery, in particular SN Ryan (dayshift), SN Kirsty (nightshift) and theatre nurse Christina.

I was very nervous about the procedure but was put at ease and treated with such care and professionalism which was very much appreciated. Keep up the great work.
