(as the patient),

The OT's Emma and Robyn, were amazing. They supported me with some equipment to help with my mobility. They got me a chair and a grab rail. They didn't give up when my chair was too big, instead they sourced a smaller one. 

They were really good.

Thank you very much for taking the time to give lovely feedback on our Occupational Therapist Emma and OT student Robyn's input regarding your mobility! I am delighted to hear that they took care and time to ensure the equipment they sourced and supplied was right for you. I hope the grab rail and the chair are helpful in keeping you as safe and independent as possible and that you are doing well.

I will pass your lovely feedback to Emma, Robyn and the team as well as to management so that they know you are happy with their service. They will be so pleased.
