The course was excellent, it was extremely thought provoking and the tutor was able to pitch it perfectly. I would recommend it to everyone and think it should be taught in schools, prisons, everywhere!!

I will now go away and try to act upon the advice, tips and the processes covered over 6 weeks. I am very thankful to the tutors and I really hope it will improve my behaviour.

Thank you very much, it was really really excellent.
