"She really got me and understood me"

I have had a few visits about my mental health over time, bad feelings took over and I was in a really bad place that I didn’t feel myself overwhelming anxious, felt like no one would understand, my previous visit with the mental health nurse Lindsey at The Surgery, Ayr was a well needed visit, we talked about how I was feeling and she really got me and understood me and understands how overwhelmed I was feeling.

Fast forward a month and there is improvement I feel she really took it all in and understood me, I feel more secure knowing I can come back for help and be listened to if needed, so thank you Lindsey
