Had cholecystectomy, and my experience from minute I entered the unit to leaving unit was exceptional. Having never had surgery or anaesthetic I was a bit apprehensive but all staff explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. From reception staff to Nursing/HCSW, students, anaesthetists, theatre nurses and surgeons a credit to NHS and profession. Thanks again
