I was admitted to ward 23 at the royal Alexandria hospital in paisley, some staff were phenomenal could not fault them, however a few staff I saw in my opinion very bad attitudes, no communication seemed annoyed when asking them a question, the cleanliness of the ward was terrible, wards looked dirty and grubby. The bathroom was filthy and the door handle was hanging off with screws visible.
