"Gone over and above what I would expect"

I have a debilitating Mental Health condition which I have sought help for via my GP at Montgomery House Surgery in Bicester, Oxfordshire. 

I have spoken with Dr Scales, several times over the recent months regarding my condition. Dr Scales has been very supportive and encouraging, and has given me great advice and been very caring and receptive of my concerns. In my view Dr Scales has gone over and above what I would expect from a GP. 

His care has given me great comfort and confidence just when I need it most, and I am very grateful. 

This whole episode would be a lot more stressful for me without the support of Dr Scales, and I see this as a fantastic example of the NHS at its very best.
