"Such care and professionalism"

I cannot express adequately how brilliant and such a saviour the emergency dentist was for me recently. I had been in toothache pain for a few days and was in total agony, couldn't sleep, had to get up many times. One morning I called the service and the highly pleasant receptionist found me a slot at 10.15 to see one of the trainee student dentists. My tooth was still in agony I couldn't get the pain to go away with meds etc. I knew from past experience with dental students that I found them exceptional and a pleasure to meet.

At my appointment the dentist Sam came to greet me, we went on to have a very interesting chat and I actually found that the pain subsided while talking with him. He did a thorough examination of the tooth giving pain and talked me through everything. A very respectable young man and just outstanding frankly. He proceeded to save my tooth from needing extracted and I left the surgery pain free later after some excellent work by Sam and assistant David. I was extremely impressed to say the least and Mark their supervisor/team leader inspected everything properly and was also a very pleasant gent to meet there.

Thank you very much to everyone in the location is not enough, I cannot express how you saved my week enabling me to carry on with my work matters and especially free of the constant pain. Most grateful that you are spending your time looking after us with such care and professionalism. I wish I had been a dentist myself when younger, they are so clever and valuable.
