I had everything explained clearly to me at the beginning of what the appointment would look like. Both staff members were kind and friendly and listened to me. I felt very supported and that they were highly knowledgable about my condition.

My name is Pam Anderson, I'm the Neurodevelopmental Nurse Team Coordinator for Perth and Kinross within NHS Tayside. Thank you for giving us some feedback about our pilot project, I'm glad you feel it was helpful.
I'm so please you felt the staff you saw were kind and friendly, I'm sure they will be happy to know this.
It's great you felt they were knowledgeable in neurodevelopmental conditions. We have been making efforts to ensure our staff have a greater understanding in this area.
