"The complete procedure from start to finish was faultless"

I attended the Ophthalmology Clinic within the Cataract Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, where I received laser treatment following cataract surgery a few years ago. The complete procedure from start to finish was faultless. Prior to my attendance I received a letter that fully explained all I needed to know.

On the day, I was met at reception by Leona who explained my procedure and started my treatment. She was very professional, put me at ease and kept me informed of what happening. 

My treatment was carried out by Doctor Amy and Doctor Bhavani. The procedure was fully explained to me and carried out to my complete satisfaction.

Lisa confirmed to me the names of the staff who I had met which helped in the preparation of this.

My sight is now back to how it was following my initial cataract operation .

I would like to thank all the staff who I had contact with during my time in the Ophthalmology Clinic. The care and treatment I was given was excellent and a credit to the NHS.
